Using your frame as a reference:rsh253 said:Greetings Carnac,
I recently bought my first M35 from a private party. It is a M35A2. The frame number is 0325-20912.
The data plate probably does not belong to this vehicle, but here's the info:
Utica-Bend 1957 S/N M-40438 Stock No. 2320-825-8196.
The hood number is 409077.
By using your amazing powers, are you able to ascertain any information about this truck?
With Great Respect and Regards.
Humbly Yours, Russ
PS Has anyone told you look a lot like Johnny Carson?
Not a whole lot on this one. It errored out of the system in Sep 05 so it most likely was out of the military well before that. The unit code listed for the vehicle is drawing a blank so I have no idea where it was.Boatcarpenter said:OK Carnac. Here's one for you.
Frame Number 0525 18312
# inside door 04B56871
NSN-2320-00-077-1644 ( I think I figured out one time that # makes it a dump truck, so it may have been re data plated, as I see no indications it was ever a "Tipper")
Thank you for any info, Sir
