The patch were the rear bumper will be attached... Allmost all the grid done...





With the curve, as the same on the other side... Perfect... :D

To prevent the rust, I give some provisory spray zinc...





All of the rest of the zone also...





No filler... Just the weld grided...





Will need to remove all of this zinc and the rest of the old paint to put the other zinc with two componentes, the filler, the HS primer, the stone chip protection and in the end, the RAL 6014... Many work to be done, but many is ok now... :cool:

That's a reinforcement panel for inside of the side panels that I need the reproduce...


This one dont come on the new panels...

After that I started to take off the rest of the old metal from the B pilar.

Need to remove the fabric primary to weld the suport for the gun suport:





Before it was cleaned and zinc painted...





Welded...





Still need to do the same on the other side...

After, on the front pilar, I need to remove the rest of the old metal...





Adjusting...





Lost the times that I put it in and take it out... measuring... measuring again until the fabric measures are allright...





All the holes for the weldings done...

The fenders were used to take the right measures and positions for the nuts inside of the new part, that come without them...





The two parts allready welded... The side one with the interior one...

And with the 3 main points welded, I started to adjust the exterior panel...





Welding to not desajust the measures...





By the time past, they were more...

Front right zone, the one of 4 with less work to done... Started to put the patches...





The corner was put on the right position, because it was shrink by some hit in the past...


And the patch in the corner, in the side of the new panel...





Missing some metal... Bad measures made by me in the past, before cutting the old metal... The hurrys sometimes have this... :oops:

Time to make this patch again...





I was allready done this zone in the begining of the restoration, but need to cut it out... I dont now at the time that the inside of the panel was so bad...





Like from fabric... one above other...
