He built it.
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
I had some time so put it together with spare junk. Thanks to Machinist75 (Mike) for cutting some of the M134 disk parts from steel plate! The gun works with joystick ( elevation and rotation). Trying to figure how to use propane like the replica 50 cals to make a firing sound. But ,not sure if I can get the flame pulses to propagate at 3000 rounds per second LOL. Maybe an old distributor and spark plugs in the barrel(s)?How and where did you get that?!?! Lol
Nice is that the oem one or did you fab up a civilian one.View attachment 630053
Added tool box still have to paint but now I have more storage.
That's the original box the Jeep came in. He's trying to free up bed space.Nice is that the oem one or did you fab up a civilian one.
Did you use some original brackets to mount it or make your own? I haven't seen what the HEMTT uses for frame mounts. Are they like what's on the M939 trucks? It's a 60" from northern tools.
Are you able to unload the pallets of block with the truck's crane?
