Painted, Still need pin for handle. Next will be the spare.
Easy to find. You can use the square or half moon lock pins. Home depot, Lowes, tractor Supply. OE also uses a metal wire rope crimped on both ends on to the pin assembly so it does not get misplaced. Also easy to make with stuff from Home Depot or lowes.

I also had another pin at the ratchet handle hole wire roped as a spare.

I don't remember the sizes off hand but it this style set up:

Adjusted cooling stack positioning per TM to resolve an interference issue with the fan. Had to remove the side panels to fully access the two rear upper radiator struts. Fairly easy after removing the panels.

I cant tell from your pic, but do you have the bracket on top that holds the fan shroud off of the fan?
The shroud also has slotted holes, so it can be moved up and down on the radiator.

Pulled the installed Red Dot A/C components and hoses. Capped and left compressor on engine for now.

Started installing Plan B hard top and back curtain. All aluminum parts are CNC cut and fit well. Some easy riveting and rivet nut installation required. Very complete kit; Plan B even included a pneumatic rivet gun and the rivet nut arbors.

Did you have to cut your b-pillar off a little bit?

I don't understand people who remove A/C, BUT that compressor is used by many offroad drivers to air up tires. just add fittings for air filtration and appropriate hoses.
