I figured out my pulling power problem on 16's. Factory tune is only 515 hp but it's now bumped to a CAT tune on the C15 at 625 hp and 2,050 ft. lbs. of torque which is about as much as a stock C15 on sequential turbos will put out with only a plug and play tune. Brakes are fine as they are full air brakes on this rig. The tune up helps when hooking to other similar sized trucks and grossing over 100K on big tires.

There is a BIG difference in stopping a 543 compared to a air brake truck on 16.00s, even 16.00s on a air brake truck that did uses them as stock will cause longer stopping distance.

I have a 1985 M1028 that the Army made into a wrecker with a Holmes 440 Wrecker bed and a Warn 24v winch from a HMMWV.

Became a grandfather Dec. 11 with a baby girl on my sons part in the mix. Still trying to clean off the 5 acres of all OD stuff collected so I can sell the property as I do not need two homes at my age. Yea my field is always solid even in the rain. Thanks for asking.
