Interesting truck what is the purpose of the unusual bed?

We wanted the bed real low so if we were in rough terrain pulling the fifth wheel trailer we would have maximum clearance.

Real low ,and huge tires just don't really go together....sorry, sounded kinda like a paradox there.

Well it may sound like it doesnt go good together but it works pretty good. I can even carry some small cargo on the bed and not worry about clearence to my camper

My profile pic is the duece we own, our dueces bumper is stock and un modified.

The general Lee 5-ton we did had a stock non winch bumper, we installed an electric winch and then plated the stock bumper, I believe there are pictures in this thread.

The Intimidator 5 ton has a hydrualic winch, I plated the stock bumper and I believe there are pictures in this thread, Let me know and I can post some more pictures of the bumper if needed.

NMDUCESWIZlD did the lockers you installed on your 5 ton make a difference? Which ones did you install and where did you get them? Very nice work on both 5 tons!

I agree nice work .... the idea of having the two tires under the lllllloooonnnng fender looks sweet and the hitch setup looks great!!
