Well 73m819 is on site, nobody else in the sparce field at this time. He did bring down BART or bad a.. recovery truck so that is something to see. Basically start with a m1070 strip the rest and add all the components of a Hett m984 wrecker to the rear.

So much to do and so little time left to do it. I've been so busy I haven't had time to start getting ready. Just offloaded the drums of deer corn and sacks of horse rye grass off the flatbed so I can start loading. As Jerry Reed sings "I've got a long way to go and a short time to get there."

Next Wed, I'll be singing "East bound and down, loaded up and truckin"

We gonna do what they say can't be done!

I don't have a single item loaded up to go. I'm definitely behind.

I haven't loaded a thing but I did test fit the staff cart and ATV on the trailer. There is a "to go" table in the basement with at least 80% of the stuff going so I'm doing Okay.

Got GA tags on everything now too.

I Still have to put boards on one of my trailers, clean out and re pack the tool box on my truck, the big job box I'm bringing, go over my Polaris rzr, wash coolers, check go bags, pick up 2 trailers and a truck, pack food, drinks, and general camping gear, check out chain saw, get gas and oil for it, fill spare cans, put a winch on the truck if possible, get all recovery gear in one spot and loaded. The list goes one. Ahh!!!! So much to get done.

I will be adding rain gear, tarps, and such to the list now.
I guess I'll be rocking shorts and mud boots, I will try to not scare anyone. These legs of mine don't remember the last time they say sun light haha

I'm glad the tow vehicle I will be driving has ac and good wipers and the cabin we rented has ac also. I'm driving a truck pulling a trailer with my buddy's m1009 and my dad is pulling a trailer with my m1008 and rzr on it. Taking my rzr so he can wheel some and also so i have a back up rig

Do they need helmets? I know these question may seem simple to the veterans of the rally. I just don't want to get all the way there and not be let on the trails due to safety issues. Thanks, Bob

Just days out gang. Time to step up your game. Also, during your next bathroom break, go back through the buy sell thread. You might have missed a jewel.

The only thing D-town has ever been a stickler about in regards to helmets was ATVs and such. I've never seen anyone with a helmet in the back of any trucks and they've never requested it, so I'd say you don't need to worry about getting helmets for the kiddos.

I would recommend no one asking them about helmets. A question like that could result in a new requirement from D-town.

This is WRONG, start with a HET m1070a1, strip a mk15a1, MOD mk15a1 parts and install on said m1070a1 to create a m1070a1R (m1070a1 recovery) not sure WHERE Swiss came up with a hett (het/trailer combo and a hemtt 984), though he has been working long hours, OR maybe he is just getting OLD.

Is there somebody who you know that is getting young?!
