Well I will humbly say that I have not heard of either of those words, reunion or dogbone, but I am hoping/assuming/praying they are in the manual.Grease/refurbish the rear axle trunions, fittings, dogbones, they will stick and clunk.
Well for me it turned out that I had over greased the emergency brake fittings and as I drove the grease got between the brake pad and the drum and after driving it gets hot and sticks. Usually next morning it’ll go reverse. I had to take it all apart and clean with brake cleaner etc and was fine. For me it was just grease getting into the emergency brake.Curious if there’s any update on the clunk clunk clunk, my truck is doing the same after putting in reverse and going backwards a few feet to hear a clunk and feel the truck stop a bit like there’s something physically holding it back until it clunks again and is allowed to reverse again. I’ve gotten some feedback for what to start looking at but just want to know what this scenario played out to be

Was wondering if there was an update to his update, I’m having the same problem. When sitting on a hill out of gear and no break the truck will slowly creep backwards or forward. With the truck off clutch pushed in it rolled fine forwards. Pulled into my drive way didn’t have a problem. Pulled into the yard started again. I did read about going from R-2 starting up can mess up some kind of clutch. And thoughts on that? Thank youAwesome!! Good stuff!! Thank you sir!

You are likely referring to the Sprag transfer case for front wheel engagement. If you have an air shift switch on the dash for front wheel engagement, this issue does not apply to your truck.Was wondering if there was an update to his update, I’m having the same problem.
