Alternator and drive belt were achievable. Got last new oem alternator a seller on ebay had (on buy it now status) for $200 less than any others I saw. It looks very hard to find the clutches or the fuseblock label. Not a photo on the web of the label that a google lens search or the part number search can find. I looked through all of the upcoming and sold MRZRs whete these come from and not one clear photo of it. I have one thats close to clear. Was hoping some eagerly kind person would pop their rear left seat up and take a photo of that label. I got one close enough to differentiate between where relays go vs where fuses go at least.View attachment 928393View attachment 928393
For the relays, i can send you a picture from the service manual so you know what is what. Fot the clutches, good luck. I have been trying to locate them to have as spare and i can't find it with the part number. I even wrote an email to Team yesterday, awaiting their response.

Thanks for all them electrical shematics. With all that electrical information in them photos one should be able to figure out any wiring issues. At least in the fuseblocks. That four color camo on that Humvee looks great!

One more thing...for now. They robbed my throttle pedal. Do you have access to to that number?

Pedal is common to other civ platforms and available aftermarket, will likely save you a ton.

Before you go balls out and spend a ton, if they've stripped down this one for parts this much have you verified that the powertrain components are OK? Generally when they start getting scavenged for parts, something big went boom.

Thanks for the throttle pedal number. Just yesterday that same thought entered my mind, of a major issue before stripping. Especially after looking at so many govplanet sold ones photos. There were many stripped of the same parts. I still got this for $5k less than the cheapest running unit so if the tranny is out I may be okay still. Unless its specific to this model. Then its rebuild time

I would definitely get it running as cheaply as possible and re-evaluate. Sometimes parts are stripped because it's sat around too long and people realize it's faster to just grab parts off the unit scheduled for decomission. Other times, it's blown up something and because the yard part donor. Fuse box shenanigans is something I've seen done at auction, to scare other bidders away.

Anyways, if you get to a point where you decide you wanna get rid of it, let me know. I have the only MRZR in Canada, but it's a gas one. Wouldn't mind a diesel but with how strapped we are up here I bet it'll be another half decade before I see any up for auction.
