Wheel spacers (2"iirc) or DRW hubs up front to clear the HMMWV rims, and make sure you use grade 8 and stover nuts on all the suspension. Do NOT use F9-11 hardware as it has more tensile strength, but is more likely to snap compared to grade 8.

Best wishes and post pics!

I am planing on going Highsteer. Do you think the 3" lift will be enough to run those tires or do you think a 4" inch is needed? I dont want to cut my fenders if I dont need to?

You do not need the sway bar disco's or bushings if your going crossover.
I wouldnt do the weld in box brace unless your frame is already damaged.
I had 6 inches of lift & my 35's rubbed. I think you will need more than 3in if you dont want to trim.
Frt u-bolt kit is wrong if going with a dana 60.

If you use a 14 bolt from a 1 ton you will have to move spring perches & shock mounts.

By crossover do you mean crossover or highsteer. Im going highsteer if that makes a differances.

Why not go with the weld in brace for assurance?

How did the 6" lift ride?

Dana 60king pin front axles are nice but if your thinking of hard core off roaring I would buy another 14bolt ff and build a hybrid front axle with dana 60 front inner an outter C knuckles it will be 10x stronger cause the 14bolt has a pinion support unlike the 60 and they are finding out that the 60 pinion ends up. Pivoting up in down cause of how long they are:cookoo:
