Hey oddball
I got ahold of a company who makes RV A/C units. Im working out a deal with them for self sufficiant units that can be cab or 109 mounted for less then any others ive found yet. I will get ahold of you when it goes thru and let you know more about it.

ok over the weekend i counted 32 holes in the sides of my trailer. they must of had something bolted to it. I was trying to figure easiest and cheapest and best way to solve this problem so i went with a bolt and 2 fenderwashers and 2 rubber washers and a nut plus silicone caulk to jusssss make sure no leakes. I will have a total of about 70 bucks in this part alone. Darn rubber washers were 50 cents a pience times 64 and you have 32 bucks in washers alone lol. It sure beat putting 5 million rivets through her. Anywas after i paint the outside you will never know... Oh and thanks to A/C cages. He has givin me enough 1 1/2 inch foam to insulate my trailer. This foam is hi impact resistant for shipping stuff Thanks Jon

I would use a MIG welder and back each hole with a copper or aluminium plate and fill the holes, grind and paint. It will be the best and easiest solution. Get your $70 bucks back.

Why didnt you tell me about the holes when you were here at my shop? I would have given you a can of LabMetal....
It would have filled all those holes and made them stong as steel. Its not cheap, but a $35 can of it would have filled every hole and some. I have a case of it here still.
Oh, an easy way to get that styrefoam to stay still. Use a small dab of caulking or powergrab. those wont make it melt unlike liquid nails does.
I have my wife working on cleaning out the wharehouse and bringing all the rest back to the shop for you. Give her a week though. Shes busy also training a new guy there.
If you need anything else, just give me a call.

You are right. It is just that I don't itemize my labor when I am working on a hobby. All as I know is that I used this technique to fill 28 holes in a truck firewall and it came out great. But then again, I had the welder and the copper plate.

Tin, dont let him off that easy, He doenst need a welder, I have 8 of them sitting here that he could have used or he could have brought it over here and I would have had one of my guys weld it for him for free. so dont let him slide on that one, lol

He knows he has free roam of my shop if he needs anything.
