    Throttle linkage sticking

Also disconnect the linkage from the IP and move the throttle back and forth on the IP to verify nothing is sticking. The likely hood that it is your IP is very slim. I will go down and look at my spare IP in my garage and tell you if I find anything that could cause a probem on it.

    Throttle linkage sticking

Mine was doing the same thing when I came back from a 5 month deployment. I sprayed pb blaster all over all moving parts and pivot points. I then replaced the throttle return spring and now everything works as it should. I would replace your spring and see how that treats you.

Can you have too much oil pressure?

Ok.....good to know 30 psi is good pressure for a 60psi guage. I replaced my oil with Mobile1 15w40 and installed Jatonka spin-ons as well. Oscar seems very happy now with this.

    Low Oil Pressure

My truck starts up and oil pressure sits around 27-30 psi when running it is about 35psi. Do I need to do this oil pressure regulator adjustment on mine as well?

Can you have too much oil pressure?

My truck barely reads 30 psi most of the time.....Does that mean it has a giant blackhole in it somewhere sucking all the oil pressure away. It doesn't really leak anywhere.

They will tommorow after I get the forklift unstuck again. My driveway is too soft. I am gonna have it graded and 3/4 crush rock packed down like concrete.

Oh and wow did the brakes on that trailer make the truck stop quite nicely. I have the equivalent braking power of a regular pickup truck even with a load on the back. After dropping the trailer back off at brads I was missing that stopping power.

No. I wish it were mine. Brad let me borrow it to get my forklift home. It is a nice setup. It's a little much for a deuce to tow though. That trailer and forklift together weighed in around 15-16k lbs. My truck towed it though. Took me forever to get to 50 mph.

You know how it is. One thing or another with my truck. It's getting better though. I did put it through the hardest work it has been through in a long time this week. Prolly why I popped a fuel line.

I will not be making it now. Oscar decided he no longer wanted one of his fuel injector return lines on my way home.:deadhorse: I will be spending tomorrow replacing all the old lines I have not replaced yet.

    Size Requirement for a M35A2

I have an idea...STOP BEING SO DANG TALL!!!!:-P I am 5ft 7in so my Toyota Land-cruiser buckets bolted to springer bases are perfect for me. I have plenty of leg room and the ride height give me a perfect view out the windshield. I have even stretched my legs out across the cab and taken a nap...

RPM vs Speed vs Tire size

2500 RPM is governed speed on most trucks. My IP starts backing off around 2500.

RPM vs Speed vs Tire size

I run at about 55 MPH at 2000 rpms. I did it to extend the life of the engine. Also the truck looks way cooler with those 395 MVT's on it. Oscar loves to boogie down the highway.:doghead:
