The place where I bought the winch + PTO said they would stand behind what they sell. So instead of monkeying with it, I'll try to get an exchange on the PTO. Thanks for the help guys.

Bought a winch for the deuce and what do you know, the gearbox for it leaks. My question is... is it an easy fix or one of those things where once apart, it's hard to get back together?

No, it's coming from under the hood

Yes, when the deuce is first started up, it will squeal but I let it idle for 5 minuets and the squealing stops. When the master switch (the switch us around here call the acc) is on it squeals and once turned off the noise stops.

This is probably a dumb question, but here it goes. When I flip on the acc switch in the deuce, I here a squealing noise and then it stops when I turn the acc off. Now could that be the belt or a bearing going bad in the alternator?

Thanks mightymanx and SCSG-G4, I'll check to see if it is structurally sound. I'm thinking It should be, because the guy said he used it to store cardboard boxes and dry goods.

I saw a communications shelter in the weeds on day while driving. I thought that would make a good camper for the back of my deuce. So I talked to the owner, and he said that he would sell it to me for $700. Im not sure how much one of those is worth or even what kind it is. I only have this one...

yeah i took the last line off of the last injector and had a pretty good flow. Could there be dirt getting sucked to a screen in the injector pump somewhere when it is under bog then settles to the bottom of the pump when it stalls?

I have been running my deuce for about 2 months on 50% used motor oil mixed with 50% gasoline. I took it to get it inspected one day and i figured while they have it, I'll just have them change the fuel filters. I get it back and make a few trips here and there. Then on the way back home a few...
