You could apply the brakes to try and trick the diffs into locking the opposite side. I'm sure you've also tried sawing the wheel back and forth.

The 5ton truck looks like the honest john missile system. Seco has a number of these trucks in their yard being cut up for parts. They couldn't use them as they were so they were all being parted out. Neat trucks but useless in the civi world.
The military has a kit to add a light to the dash. That's very common and I love mine. It goes right in there middle of the gauge cluster or you can put it wherever you like.

Kascar sells key locks for the doors. Maybe they have something for the hatch. The upper hatch has a lock built into it from amg. Maybe you could rig a chain on the lower rear hatch latch.
You'd be wise to get several of the biggest tranny coolers you can get. B&m race coolers are 28k rated and have 1/2" npt fittings. Remember the torque converters in the TH400 are non lock up so every second they are slipping and the temps will only continue to rise until you let off the pedal...
