    QD 2" Reciever hitch.

Someone elses. Saw it a while ago and thought it might work. I would like to make a removable hitch for a 2" receiver

5 ton truck transfer case question

If your replacing the transfercase, move it back a few inches. The 9 speed transmission is longer than the stock 5 speed. I've been looking for a 13 speed, double over for mine. I've about wore out my transfercase. Pops out of high every once in a while.

    Increasing PT pressure

I've been crazy busy at work the past couple weeks. I'd like to try that air cleaner housing if you still have it. Ran 100 gallons of fuel through with no issues so far.

    Increasing PT pressure

The stock air filter and the Wix 46664 are not enough cfm. Both are bringing the air filter restriction gauge up to the red line with a new filter. So next I'll be looking for a new air cleaner and installing a fuel filter restriction gauge. My truck seems to run better on the right tank than...

    Increasing PT pressure

Pulled my M348 yesterday. Still about 17 psi boost. Hit 1000° pre turbo on a long steep hill before dropping a gear Fuel pressure peaked about 185 psi I was at 225 psi before I had the injectors flowed. I did not adjust the pt pump. I feel more comfortable with 185 than 225. I recommend...

Deuce 4x4 with M105 reduced spring and air bag

I think you've got it figured out pretty good. You have a good bit of adjustment with the air bag.

m-817 First start a no go.

Good to hear. The primer won't leak while running, it will suck air. There is a couple o-rings in there to replace.

    Increasing PT pressure

I sent my injectors out and had them flowed 30cc over stock. Antrim Diesel in Greencastle Pa did them. Feels like it has more power. I feel like I'm not holding the pedal down as far to cruise. Pyrometer stayed about the same. 900° max, but was only bobtail. I'll get pt pump pressure and boost...

    5 Ton Pinion Seals

Just pull the flange and the seal is in the bearing retainer. No need to reshim if your not changing bearings. Hardest part is getting the nut and flange off.
