Compatible transmissions for the M35a3 with the cat 3116

A huge percentage of those aftermarket parts are created and sold for professionally designed, current or recent-engineered vehicles or at least corporate created vehicles with the resources of an engineering department that created and had the government endorse these vehicles. Somebody takes...

    Alternator just died

The tach functions fine. It doesn't seem to use the alternator for the signal. I never looked but I wonder if the tach is a mechanical tach and runs off of a cable.

    Alternator just died

I bought an off the shelf 7 groove pulley from spidermarine and they even installed it on the alternator before they shipped it. I can look up the number for the pulley tomorrow and it was $14.00 and a smaller diameter. The alternator spins faster and charges at idle. I also positioned the...

rc car nitro as fuel ?

A majority of those iddy biddy engines use a "glow-plug" ignition system as well as the compression. The glow plug filament stores some of the heat of combustion for firing the next ignition-combustion cycle. The glow plugs come in different heat ranges. Just think, a little wire filament...

    Adding a pony motor to a M936

You must consider the RPMs on the motor at operating speed and the hydraulic pump operating speed as well. I presume the pump operates off of a pto in the 600 to 1000 rpm range and the electric motors of any persuasion operate in the 1750 to 3600 rpm range. You need a smaller displacement pump...
