No, my truck has the stock single airpack system. Wouldn't adding a proportioning valve to the rear brakes solve this problem? If I understand it right it would allow you to reduce the pressure pushed to the rear axles while keeping the normal front pressure.
Hank, do you think the stock MC and Airpack would work if I converted just the front axle and left the drums on both rear axles? What about swapping all 3 to disc? I know in a regular truck all the disc conversions usually suggest changes to the MC setup. That's the only thing holding me back...
I just wanted to share a few things I learned while adding bushings to my hinges. First, look over the original ODIron PDF to get the basic idea of what you're doing. Now here's what I did differently.

Could you upload the CAD files somewhere? Maybe someone in the US could make a few of these and sell them for those of us who want one. I definitely like the look with the big gauges on the left.
Also I know some people use polyurethane construction adhesive to make their own custom mounts. Might be worth looking at too, but cutting out all the rock hard rubber would be a hassle.
Ok so here's my valve screw. The o-ring is right there, but no gasket unless it's sandwiched between the silver tip and the black part. Anyone know how this thing comes apart to replace the gasket? Don't want to break it.

Looking at the pictures of the kit and the pump I just took apart I can't figure out where the o-ring and the round yellow gasket piece are supposed to fit. I took my pump apart and all i found is the seal and the snapring. I did check the TM and I don't see them on there unless they're under...
