ECO Hubs Who needs 3:07 gears?

Mine does not have dip switches. I believe you have to program in the CAT software to update that. Mine is an A1. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What jack stands do you use….. looking cheap….

So, I plan to leave the tire on the ground….. but I do need to support the frame since I am loosening the front spring perch, removing the nuts, then swapping the cab flip piston mount. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What jack stands do you use….. looking cheap….

I am needing to pull my front right bring perch nuts off to swap my lower cab tilt piston mount. I have several 6 ton jack stands, but that feels like they need more safety factor for holding the front end. (And they are too short to reach the frame). Anyone have a recommendation for taller...

Show me your auxiliary fuse panel

That is kind of where I was planning, but I have extra stuff already in there. I connected my (new) duct hose and there is a box already under the electrical box. Did you put a monster fuse or breaker in between the PDP and your fuse block? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Resolved—- I just sheared off my cab lift piston mount!

I can’t see mine since my new condenser is in the way. I was mentally envisioning an L shaped perch, but it sounds like from your comment it is a U shaped perch. Is there anything keeping the bolt heads from spinning or backing out? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Resolved—- I just sheared off my cab lift piston mount!

I am thinking I need to block the frame up, but use a bottle jack for fine adjustments..... loosen the bolts and adjust final height until bolts move freely (load is off spring). Clamp bolt head so the bolts stay in the holes and strap spring to the other side just so it does not try to move...

Resolved—- I just sheared off my cab lift piston mount!

All, I just thought of something….. when I take the nuts off of the three bolts that hold the bracket on, what happens to the spring perch? Are there any attachment points besides those three bolts? I did not see any. My guess is I will need to prop up the truck frame so the weight is off the...

Resolved—- I just sheared off my cab lift piston mount!

Well, my plan was to move the truck out to clean up and go onto my next project. Instead, I had to work around the big truck with little space on all sides. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Resolved—- I just sheared off my cab lift piston mount!

I have a roof rack, headache rack, some other modifications, full interior with lots of sound deadening….. yes, a bit mor weight. The issue is the bracket bent and pried the shank off. I safetied the cab with a ratchet strap, and that alone could move the cab back….. but I need Chucky to try...
