that is a 12v charger, 12.4v on 1 battery is acceptable, as long as both batteries are the same

@Mk23 I did have a complete wiring diagram on mine and spent a good day chasing just to make sure I didnt miss anything before I started to replace the switch. The size was different so I had to replace some of the wires. While troubleshooting, I did find a rectifier that did not test...

I wonder if we can reverse engineer the the 805 with a locking cable, and delete the speed control board.

@mciikurzroot so, as a shtf scenario, could we not remove the electronic governor, attach a locking cable to the throttle control in IP, start unit, adjust HZ with locking cable, IE mep 005a version of hz control. everything else appears to work on the jenny except this one assembly which...

Had the same problem with a umc 33kw, just used an off the shelf magnetic switch, had to get a base, then added the sized switch i needed on top.

had the exact same problem happen except mine got both caps, blue and black ones, and it got a trace on the back.

the wording on the OK HB3179 does us no good, it says newer than 35 years, that is 1988, plus it changes every year, not like its worded as, newer than 1988. what trucks do you have that are newer than 35 years?
