Home depot Rustoleum has a camo paint I used it on my M813A1 doesn't look it 383 but more like actual olive drab it's not real pricey and it's convenient that's my reasoning for using it
Our international 466 at work blows some smoke out of the breather and a little oil I agree with indy4x4fab try running it a while it will either get better or worse
From the sounds of it the only thing that gas engine is good for is raising the stock prices for Exxon-Mobil or you could pull the heads off run a chain through the cylinders and make a nice anchor for a yaht. If you get it scrap that gas engine and replace it with a 671T 2 stroke Detroit diesel
You could probably get a machine shop to turn them unless your hauling something heavy I wouldn't buy new unless I had to i would have them turned even if theyre a little big just driving around town shouldnt hurt them if you have to any truck supply shop should be able to get them I would think...

I'm doing some p.m. And would like to check the oil levels in my front winch I've looked over the T.M.'s but I can't figure out where to check add and what weight fluid to use if I need to add some
So the fiancé backed out but I've got a friend who wants to come with me I'll have the typical camping stuff probably bring a camp stove lantern etc. bringing my generator and I too will try to get some fire wood, and whatever else I can find that would prove useful, also I always bring my handy...
There was a guy at the Aberdeen, MD show last year that had a restored 10 ton tractor and it was by far very cool but it was also very very useless way to wide and way to hard on fuel to even be fun to drive. I'll stick with my M813A1 and watch somebody with money to blow drive the 10 tons
