I have driven an M-35 through IronWood, Escanaba, on 2 in November to Duluth and back with snow on the road and NDT's. I have been driving this truck for 7 years but never in the snow on pavement with NDT's. It started snowing in Irowood and it made for slow going. Down right hairy going...
Picts of one truck with a fresh paint job of Gillespie over old fire truck yellow, just wire wheeled and sanded and patched where needed. The other truck is the original color and 57 years in the sun. Both have the same original color some where, under the dash or firewall. I guess what are...
While evaluating a new project, I found the right rear axle, (passenger short shaft) side was broken and the stub way up in the differential. The shaft was quite peened up really no way to retrieve the stub. I removed the differential which is quite heavy after draining and removing the drive...

In nearly 370 miles at 45-48 mph everyone passed us. We got waves and smiles from vehicles big and small. We were going to pull the M105 with a duece but wound up leaving it on the van. If there was a breakdown, the van would be a bit more convienent...
Not to steal too much thunder so I will let the story be told by Bill. We arrived in Michigan at 2015 hrs all safe and sound. it was a long trip but there were no major issues or incidents. I was last in line with the van taking up the rear. For the most part people on the road were...
Ah the trailer is in a better place..life with Rattlehead. that one really looks nice even underneath..and new tires..you will get the wiring worked out.
Hey nice save. A little powder, a little paint makes all things quaint....I rode in one with Lyle for a day and it was off the ground more than on...tough little buggers.
