You can put a commercial tag on it. You do not half to if you register for 25999 gross weight and under unless you want to. You will need your RI title and half to have the vin verified because it is a out of state title.
I also find this to be true. I have snapped bolts from tsc with an air gun that will not snap the same bolts from our local bolt company. I to use there bolts for many things but they are not made in the USA.
Some motor homes and trucks have a 3116 factory hp of 350 and these motors will last as long as a 170 hp. I adjusted the rack on an a3 that only had 700 degree exhaust temp about 1 1/2 turns and now goes to 1000 and it is night and day. Almost fun to drive.
