One more thing. I am looking at getting a punch set to cut the holes. The kit I am looking at has 1”, 1-1/8”, and 1-1/4” cutters.
If you had to do it again, would you go same size hole or one of these smaller options?

Thanks all. No undercoat. I have red oxide primer. Will probably just paint and touch up as needed. At least I can see what is happening before I do more.

Anyone have any experience with rubberized undercoating? Suggestions?
I am thinking of spraying above my rear tires (not on a stock bed).

Do you mind showing all of the routing (to the drier, etc?
I appreciate all of the details. This is a summer project for me and need to get this planned out. I have everything but the condenser from Tom, but plan on an aftermarket one I bought a long time ago.

So, apparently when the army painted my truck, they got after it with a razor blade and scratched the glass.
I received a recommendation from a glass guy to wax it with windshield wax.
Any other opinions before I pull the trigger?

I installed the inner tube in the upper bushing.
After you put the weight of the cab on the upper bushing, the bolt and inner tube will hang down a little bit.
Press the lower bushing over the inner tube and it should stay put. Then you just have a big washer an nut to install.
If you had...
Ok, here is what I did.
Passenger side: pulled the nut off, used the cab lift cylinder to lif the cab front and swap was easy. I left the bolt snug but not tight. Moved to Driver side.
Driver side:
I pulled the grill off. removed the nut from underneath using an extension and breaker...
All, I just noticed that both my bushings are toast.
My cab in the rear is shifted to the drivers side by about 1”. Can bad bushings cause that or is there something else I need to look at?
How would you straighten it? I have the passenger bushing out and there is a lot of slop up front...
Created a second thread just in the hardware.

Maybe it is more searchable.

What would be awesome is if you could keep the hub gears but lock them when you want so you get off-road range and street range.
