:wink:three of us are coming from phx------998 should be there,he just bought a tractor and trailer and he needs parts---sorry I hit wrong key on run----taco stand after sounds good---the brothers have bought a lot more trucks---groundog
 when I remove the fuel filter I alway fill it as much as possible brfore I re install it---be sure to use a wrench as the canniater is all most to the gasket---do not spin it for final tightening---the little in line valve turns clockwise to close but I leve mine open----groundog
did you remove the fuel filterr and check for blockage---are you sure you have fuel in the tank---might be good to add more fuel---are you sure emergency stop lever is re-set all the way
:wink:you are so right-----hard to get to---have you ever re-placed the rubber brake hose from the frame to the top of the front axle---I replaced all rubber brake lines and wheel cylinders on my m-813A1---not fun------Groundog
glad to hear things are shaping up---all of the trucks usually need a little work---have been cleaning axles and drive shafts with engine cleaner and wire brush befor re-paint---my low pressure valve also leaks---will disassemble and clean like you did and hope it works----Groundog
998---glad to help any way I can---I also have a M-813A1---hope to get to the brothers in 2 or 3 weeks---bought 1400 x 20 combat wheels and tires for the M-813---going to be a lot of work to switch all the tires---are you going to get a trailer for your m-188/-----Groundog
:-Dyes---they are the same---note in previous reply i suggested checking low pressure switch----bendix makes the part as well as a couple of other suppliers----groundog
:wink:Hammer--I just re-placed my air govenor--it was clicking pretty loud when it shut off compressor---also check low air pressure switch mounted on inside of firewall just to right of steering column---they leak air thru a smaal hole in the side of switch----Groundog
:-)998---hope you solve your problems---werent you at the brothers/--I also bought a M-818 at Barstow---re-set the emergency stop and installed new batteries and she fired right up---all fluids good----have re-painted interior---new decals on dash----only problem air governor clicks pretty loud...
 check under the dash on the firewall---there is a switch that operates the buzzer---they go bad and leak air thru a little hole on the side of the switch---you should find a wire leading from it to the buzzer----groundog
:wink:Kevin--345 trailer for sale on E-bay---located in Ogden Utah---get them to send you a picture---do you have the crank handle? is the pad laying on the ground somewhere at Barstow? My tractor is running---sounds good groundog
:wink:Hammer--did you get your M-818 home yet? got mine delivered last thursday---has complete new drivers seat---new glove box and all tires are good---batteries dead--tried charging them but no luck ---so will have toi nstall new batteries---Groundog
 Hole--did you pick up your tralers at Barstow yet? my EUC was approved in 1 week---amazing---I have a trucking company picking up my M-818 today or maybe tuesday---Groundog
