    You did not include the M1009 in your list of units to inspect/replace U-Bolts? Are they not subject to this wear by differing design? Have dropped my front bolts down. Was checking Leaf Center Pins. No problems on front. :?:

    M1009 fuel consumpation, what is your MPG?

    Just recently replaced my IP and installed KM2 33's. Best I can squeeze out her is 16.5 MPG. day to day more like 13-14 MPG.

    We use a Hot Aquatious Soap at work now to clean Electric Motors. California has made Virgin Solvents illegal? Not as good as Solvent but thats where I live and work. Either way, use soft brush to remove crud with cleaner that will not leave residue. Then gently blow off all components...

    Hi Idle

    Mine was doing same thing till I changed out my IP. In process of that project I detailed everything including High Idle Plunger. Took QTips, CLP and Elbow Grease to get all the crud off the Rod that I could access. Works perfectly now. Possible solution?2cents

    Glow Plug Resistor

    Figured I would go out this morning and Cold Start again. The overnight conditions went into low 50's. Had Daughter go through start up procedure while I observed GP Resistor. No smoke? Started right up on first cycle of Glow Plugs:-? Maybe cpf240 is right out of shoot on this Thread...

    cpf240, all was good until last week. Do not understand what could have caused this condition? Man against machine I suppose. Sooner or later we lose! Probably just plain tired? Its burning off dust alright! Will try again later when it really cools down tonight and watch with Flashlight...
