Hmmm,,, 80 psi,,,, Mine usually actuates fine at 80-90psi,,, my blowoff hits at 90 on the gauge... Double check the adjustable rod for the air can actuator. There is a stop bolt that is adjustable on or near the bell housing, this could be holding it off.

digging through old threads, I put 4 grp 31 Dekas in my 816, Took both steel battery boxes out and cut the center walls out and welded them to be one big box, next the top posts were too close to the step thus I drilled the spot welds out of the risers on the floor and set the batteries on...

yup.... the front winch has been out of service since this extremely embarrasing debacle happened. frankly the front winch wouldnt engage to wind up the rest of the cable after the last drop. wound up about half of it, then just looped in around the front bumper. need to pull it and rebuild...

Got the #17 put in the other day and got screwed on my fittings (6AN to 1/8 pipe) for the dual fuel mod, John Deere shop gave me 5JIC instead of 6JIC (little known mod,,, JIC and AN are close enough to hook up and work... one is approx 37* angle and the other is maybe 40*) Whole job took about...
