I whole heartedly disagree with Ronmar overly simplistic "diagnosis" .. it's either the Fetzer Valve or Muffler Bearing ..and you'll need a 2 way adjustable tent wrench to fix it....touche' Ronmar... (insert mic drop)

and if your fan soleniod is not working and needs to be replaced...they are very difficult to find..MME has crap shoot soleniods for ..wait.. wait.. $300.. but since most of us rather not get hosed by MME , there is an alternative from The Mad LMTV Scientist himself Ronmar...it's 1/10 the cost...

2 simple tests... before you start up the truck.. see if the fan spins freely with your hand...it should not second, when your truck is aired up and you hit the kill switch, you should hear it purge...if not , it might be shot or needs to be cleaned..here is a video from Dave and Sean....

the TM photograph for the cab raise or lower clearly depicts : when raising all knobs are in the raise position and visa versa when lowering?...does it make a difference?

looking back.. Suprman has compete CTIS valve rebuild kits available on the cheap using all new parts...I should have bought 5 kits.. ugh

yes and no....the first CTIS valve I broke 2 screws... carelessness on my part.... I had a protein shake in the morning that gave me super human strength..lol... in reality I muscles my way through the first 2 and they broke clean off.....ez out was to no avail.. I used a drill press and...

finally finished mounting 5 "new" MVTs ( big thanks to Ryan at Colony tire)...once you get into a rhythm they go pretty fast.. rebuilt the CTIS lines as well...o rings , diaphragms and I now see Will is selling rebuild kits with new hardware....ugh

Reviving an old thread….the rubber diaphragm in mine has a semi circular tear in the center..normal or shot ? remedies anyone ?

disregard....it appears the autistic mildly retarded 18 yoa army " mechanic " stripped out the threads... I re-tapped to a larger size..wheel is off.. as Filner says " I win"..

before I break out the plasma cutter with a C4 chaser because throwing F Bombs at the wheel isn't helping... what is this bolt size? thanks all
