    South Florida Picnic

Sounds like it would be fun. I will try to make it, lets see maybe other members will be up for it. We may need to contact the organizers of the show in advance to see if we could park together ... would need to know how many are interested though.

    South Florida Picnic

I'll pm my number and lets get it going. I am a member of SPAAMFA (short for something, something antique fire trucks) but all their meets are North of Orlando... too far for a ride in a deuce fire truck. Once I have a/c in my 925, that may be an option, still a hike. Talk soon.

    South Florida Picnic

I am currently waiting for my Fla Title for the M925A1, so it cannot go anywhere. and my Deuce Fire Truck is in Kendall, so she could go. I suppose there is a car show that used to have some MV's in Ft. Lauderdale on Friday evenings. I would have to check to see if they are still happening...

OK... I admit it... that first step in the M925A1 is a Bit%$ .. what have others done

Off topic though... Scooteerr, do you own one of these beasts? I almost jumped into the recent fray, but other responsibilities like... eating, mortgage, etc. got in the way. Almost did, but will always wonder... what would have happened if!!! If you own it, what is it like? I would like to...

I am interested (unless I am busting up a deal for someone else.... in that case, a good pic will suffice) I have to do something though... right now I just popped 2 Aleve b/c my right hip says I'm too old to be flexing that way... and of course I told it to "man-up"...

    South Florida Picnic

Missed this one... Need more events in South Florida... Miami, Kemdall, Miami Springs, Coral Gables, South Beach, Ft.lauderdale, all awesome, all available BTW- a philosophical question... If a SMART car is crushed by a 1400x20 tire worn by a M925A1 and noone is around to hear it... does it...

I mentioned something like that... a couple of chains with a piece of pipe... I now remember having seen what you say. Looks good and you are right, it wont snag.

Nice, except with my level of tech ability, it would probably spit me out like a watermelon seed... I think I will set my sights on something a bit more accessible like a spring loaded retractable step. BTW, I have to admit that opening and closing the hood is one heck of a lot easier on this...

I agree, I put in about 35-45 minutes on an elliptical trainer at a high setting, and do some light weights 5-6 times a week... still, time keeps on ticking... I ride my bikes, but now mostly I ride the old Indian or Harley and leave the crotch rocket for my sons. I fractured my T-8 vertebra...

did a cursory search on ebitch and they oscillate somewhere netween 599 to 899... cannot go there. Anyway, looking for something mechanically simple... like 2 hanging chains with a piece of pipe inbetween. (some of my "high rise wheel loaders have that setup" to assist in the climb)

She is already griping about greasy palm prints... Paint it OD green? I better get my own! I still have to get it back into the truck when I am in it (unless I wasnt a takeoff and landing crew wherever I go)... in uniform? maybe in miniskirts and a hat? yeah, no...

Sounds too much like a surrender... I may be 60, but I still like to look over the seat covers in passing cars... -:) I look at it sort of like window shopping without any money...

OK... I admit it... that first step in the M925A1 is a Bit%$ ... what have others done? Just got this thing... and during breakfast I was telling my wife... I must have pulled something... to which she replied... did you pick up anything heavy? I replied... the paper this morning, it was full...
