    M936 operation question

There is also a set screw on the gear that fits not the transfer case output shaft that must be tight to hold it into place. This had also backed out on mine. I'm not to far north of you so if I can be of help just pm me.

    M936 operation question

Go under the truck andake sure your linkage at the PTO isn't bent. If not then pull the PTO off, restart the truck make sure the transfer case output shaft is turning. If it is then check the PTO shifter fork is not slipping. My shifter fork set screw had backed out and wasn't engaging the PTO.

    M939 Transfercase shifting

This truck has had this problem since I got it. I have adjusted the linkage with no luck. With the truck shut down and 0 air pressure it shifted easily by hand to the low position. Almost felt to easy. Started it up built air and no luck. The high range and neutral are fine. It just feels like...

    M939 Transfercase shifting

My 936 shifts easily just by pushing the button on the shifter. I'm sure I will have to disable the lockout later. My problem is the shifter shifts the tc into the low position but the truck won't pull out of its tracks. It acts as if a shifter fork inside isn't moving something into place. Any...

I got to the bottom of one issue tonight. I took the pto off of the transfer case and quickly found the problem. The internal shifter fork had came loose . M936 PTO problem

I recently got my M936 home and can't seem to get the rear PTO to engage. I have read the TM's related. The other thing which I think is related is the transfer case will not pull in low. I have adjusted the linkages and it pulls to where it should engage but the truck will not pull. I have...

Spin- on fuel filter for M813?

This is the base I used . I used a wix filter with water separator and made a quick bracket . No extra parts were needed. This was on my M932 but they had the same old style filter.

    Haldex Infocentre ABS diagnostic connector

My best idea was to move the battery switch so you don't grab it by mistake when in a hurry.
