    Wood species for racks

My papaw built his barn out of Hemlock . I'm not sure if it would be for this but the barn is over 35 years old and the wood is still in great shape considering it wasn't ever treated. If I ever build some this is what I intend to use.2cents2cents2cents

    M932 Trailer suggestions

They are 12v. For some reason I was thinking I saw a pic of a m915 with two styles of trailer hook ups. One mil connection and one civi. I just thought these tractors may have that too. I've never been around the military truck tractors, I've only delt with deuces and my M923.

    Winch cable

I have a call into my local rep about the swedge cable. They will have more answers for me tomorrow , but what they did say was it is a 3/4 cable swedged down to 5/8 and the cable was guaranteed. I will have more details on it later. Mainly used on dozers and log skidders because of its durability.

    M932 Trailer suggestions

I don't know anything about the M932's either and have probably a dumb question, do these trucks have an elelctrical hook up for civi trailers ?

    Winch cable

Not sure if it would work on a 5 ton or not but my best friend uses a cable called a swedge type I think . He uses it on his dozer all the time to winch trees. It is a 3/4 cable smashed down to 5/8. I can check with him and see where he gets it.

I pulled the same night with my M923 and it done exactly the same thing. I was in 1-5 high range. I wish now I had been in low range cause I think I could have drug it home for sure.

    sled pull

Watch the sled at the 200ft mark. The operator dropped it all at once. It felt like he dropped anchor. And it did fall on its face hard.

    sled pull

I pulled in one a couple of weeks ago. My video is on YouTube under m35a2 sled pull. I was in only as a exhibition only. I pulled in 2nd low and stalled. Oh well it was fun anyway.

    Deuce tranny issues

One possibility could be the clutch not disengaging when pressed.
