    Ben Hur trailer

It looks mostly complete from what I can see. Floor must be bad I guess. I can't imagine anything being so bad wrong with that trailer that it's not repairable and is better parted out. Looks like a great survivor to me, I mean how often do you see wwii vehicles still in original paint...

    Ben Hur trailer

Looks pretty good to be parting it out to me too.

    Id this trailer...

I noticed the shorter data plate as well. And it looks to me like the frame is built out of c channel not the stamped kind like the 101s. Notice the edges of the frame are more square looking than the stamped frame material of the 101. The general construction of the frame is different as...

    Id this trailer...

A real M101 was sold at the same location so I assume the side racks came from it. I do agree that it is some sort of close relative/derivative but I would think it should have a model number that is bound to be different. It reminds me of the newer LTT-HC trailers. I hope to pick it up on...

    Heating a S280

I have a buddy heater that has a built in CO detector and a tip sensor. Both will shut it off if either situation is encountered. I have used it in a tent. I would recommend a secondary CO detector as back up. Better safe than dead.

Anybody ever seen one of these before?

    Id this trailer...

The frame is totally different from any M101/M116 I have ever seen.

    Id this trailer...

Just won a trailer on auction and I have no idea what this thing is. It uses the m101a2 coupler, axle and springs. Otherwise it looks like some kind of generator trailer.

    Questions about Pintle Hook

Does any of the m37s use a one piece pintle hook vs a swivel component that a regular pintle bolts to? I have seen the later but not sure what year that unit was. Maybe they change them on the m37b1s. My m715 uses a one piece pintle. I have always wondered what, if any, interchangeability...

    M101a3 frame/axle value

I'm interested if you decide to not keep it. I'd love to have a m101a3 chassis to mount my 887 bed on. I could put the m101a1 back together if you don't want it. Please let me know if you don't want to keep it.

    M416 Restoration in Progress

I have an idea in my head and partially on paper to build a bracket for mounting tags that can be folded out of the way for photos etc. I've gotta talk to someone about the machine work.

    Secm trailer

That sounds just like me. My problem is I still like too much stuff, ask my wife. I haven't forgot you on that bed, I just don't know what I want to do. On one hand I want it to go and on the other hand if it's not worth any more than what it seems then I could build a frame for it and give...

    Mule Tranny Making Noise

Call John Emory. He should have the parts you will need. And he is a knowledgable gentleman. 262-567-5605. I believe this is his number. If not please let me know and I'll make sure to post the correct number for you.

    M101a3 frame/axle value

That would be a horrible deal... Send me his phone number and I'll let him know that it's too high priced. Hahahaha. Just kidding. Sounds like a good deal to me.

    XM 705 anybody ??

Wow what a truck you have there. That's gotta be a super rare find especially in original paint. The only other one I have ever seen pics of was the fire eng red one that was used by a fire dept.

    Taillight mounting holes stripped out???

I ended just cleaning up the threads with the appropriate tap and using slightly longer bolts. They seemed to tighten up fine when I put them on last night.

delaware dmv "no more mv registrations"

Not re registering former military vehicles is not good terminology for them to use. CUCVs and M880 series vehicles were built with the same equipment/components as their civilian counterparts. Plus what about all the off the shelf vehicles(f350s, vans, Chevy trucks, jeep Cherokees etc etc)...
