    Short flag mounts for M1123

Does anyone have a good guide to how they’ve mounted flags to cut down antennas or some kind of flag mounts on the antenna brackets on the back of their HMMWV? Trying to ready our truck for some parades and haven’t quite figured out the best way to handle. We park it in a 7’ tall garage so need...

Behr Paint Jobs- Show me your MV's

All these flat Behr paint jobs look great, but how does it touch up down the road? And then if and when you DO need another repaint in the future, can you sand it down and paint again or are you stuck bead blasting the truck back down to what was under the Behr to paint again? It’s a 100%...

Possible to re-attach voltage regulator cover

Three of the small screws or pop rivets, whatever they may be, that attach the data plate to the voltage regulator are missing on my truck (see attached photo). Is it possible to repair this piece, or does it entail buying and installing a new voltage regulator?

M1123 differential rebuild in North Texas?

Thanks, that'g great news! I had heard from an A1 owner that he had to remove his to reseal and that he put new bearings in when he did his. I wasn't aware of the difference in brackets that allowed it to be done in truck on an A2.

M1123 differential rebuild in North Texas?

One question on fluids... some are saying leave the transmission alone, and others are saying to change the fluid and filter. In my hot rod days, unless a transmission was low or the fluid was dark, you left them alone because fluid changes would sometimes cause issues. What's the general...

M1123 - Ragged armor holes on top of rear fenders

Our new M1123 has some pretty ragged holes on the top of the rear fenders/bedsides (see pic below) that were hidden under the troop seats when we purchased it. I know, I know, shame on me for not looking, but this is our first build and learning a lot on the fly. I can deal with the MAK holes...

M1123 differential rebuild in North Texas?

I finally found a video of someone doing it while the diff was still in the truck today, with a homemade 2” PVC pipe contraption. We’ve only had the truck home for 48 hours but a full fluid change is on the menu very soon. The transfer pump is leaking too, so concern #1 is whether the internal...

New member from Dallas/Ft. Worth area - New M1123 Owner

I've found M998 TM's but can't seem to find the A2/M1123 TM's. Probably newbie user error, but could you point me towards the correct TM's by chance? Thank you!

M1123 differential rebuild in North Texas?

Drove our new ‘98 M1123 home over the weekend and what had appeared to be a clean/dry rear diff, turned into an oozing mess between the passenger rotor and the diff housing by the time I made the 45 min trip home. Does anyone have a resource for someone that rebuilds or at least reseals diffs...

New member from Dallas/Ft. Worth area - New M1123 Owner

Initial findings…. Surge on cold start. Voltage gauge bounces back and forth in the green range for several minutes while the engine surges in sync with the gauge moving. Once it warms up, this eventually stops and gauge settles in the green. Leaking rear diff (I think) at passenger side...
