You forgot to say ... PUNK!!! Nah... Just when you think all has been done, you come up on something like this... my hat is off to this guy! She must be a very special lady, and he a very talented, dedicated and resourceful gentleman. Nice job. As far as turning the one for sale into a camper, I don't have the heart (nor reason)...

Pall Fluid Purifier-Anybody know how to use this

I saw that, but since I do not intend to buy any more units, I don't feel right about going to the seller for the info. I would rather ask our group. there is bound to be several members who have actual hands on experience with these units, plus I always give more credibility to the person...

Hi We have 2 of these units which are working fine, but are confused as to the proper utilization of ther units. Also being demilled, parts are pricey. You know, as far as the spare goes... my dad used to say... those are rich man's problems... much like an oil change in an Aston is $1500.00 or a maintenance bill for a huey... I have the same problem with my 818's spare... I can get it down... but good grief... I don't think even Governor...

Deuce, Hemmet Rims and Michelins 395's

The $50.00 a pop price I got from a responder to my WTB post on SS and also from a seller on ebay. I was told that I could cut doughnuts out of a 20 inch ID pvc pipe of the proper length and call it good. Except 20 inch id pipe is not a std size. I may just grease the heck out of it and call...

Deuce, Hemmet Rims and Michelins 395's

I have collected my set of modded hemmt rims for my fire truck, 6 395's Michelins, but before I go any further, I want to ask about mounting the tires. Are people running tubes? or doing the tubeless thing. How much of an improvement would beadlocks be? (they are pricey!!!) How fast would...

Anyone ever have this fuel issue?

ditto on the rotten tube... I had a Caddy that would purr along until fuel got below 1/2 a tank... then it would die. filled her up and she was good to go again until 1/2 a tank... drove around with a fuel can until I finally dropped the tank and found that there as a pin hole on the fuel line...

Anibody have a problem with the clutch/brake pedal position on the 5 ton?

Well, I finally took her for a spin and she is a blast (specially when I don't have to open the driver's door to engage the clutch):-D I am very, very grateful that this site exists, because had it not been for recovery4x4's post and the help from the rest of you, I would not have come up with...
