Jim ( big1096 ) is correct, we got the shaft. Both houses of the legislature passed the bill and it got signed. By law we can no longer drive our trucks except for

I have been wanting to go by a local sign shop and see if they could make this like the "Convoy" signs on a aluminium sheet. I would prefer the military issue delineator panels to stay more original but good luck finding them in decent condition.
Nice looking truck. Here is how and where I mounted my tags. Just two straight metal strips and mounted to pre-existing holes in the bed bracing for the rear and zip tie the front to the grill/light guard.
It's not just a IE thing. I am running Firefox with Linux and even maximizing the view doesn't totally eliminate the need for the scroll bars. Oh well, another improvement.
I rented a tilt deck trailer for around 35~40 bucks and was a good deal. Made it real easy to load both my generators and when I was back home all I had to do was tilt the deck and slid them right out. 2cents

I'm guessing it is a brake return spring looking at the extended attachment ends and the color you said. How it ended up in the differential housing is anybody's guess.
Just pulled the intake on my Isuzu trooper to replace some hoses and found a mouse nest in the “V”. Thank the supreme architect of the universe that they hadn't feasted on the hoses and wires.
