What did you do to your deuce this week?

Where did you buy the bows? I need a set and haven't had much luck finding them.

    M813A1 Senior Project

I know some of the members have painted their canvas, but the projects that I know of are fairly recent. (i.e., they could not say how well the painted canvas would hold up). Probably has a lot to do with the type paint that is used. Search through the site for different patterns, colors, and...

    Project "Corporal Punishment".

I'm familiar with both of the other projects that you mentioned. I can't believe Stacey still hasn't finished that truck. I started watching gears just to see him finish it, and stopped holding my breath last year. Good luck on your truck, I look forward to seeing your progress!

    Deuce Skid Plates

Would be nice to have some Oil Pan protection up front. Do you have any pictures of the Fire Truck solution?

If you can't delete it you don't need it.

Keeping the classifieds in good shape is a huge service. Thank you. I remember trying to buy a truck and parts in the old classifieds. I wasted a lot of time trying to buy items that were no longer available and was shocked the first time someone actually had a part to sell. :)

From So Cal to Salt Lake. Deuce and 5 ton.

I agree. The rates I saw to move a deuce from OK to TX (i.e., pretty flat), were much higher.

giveaway - free pair of hubsteps

I bought a set for my front and they are very nicely made. I figure I would wait and see if I won this set before ordering some for the back of the truck when I flip the hubs and single it out.

Who ships crates from FL to TX

FedEx is going to pick it up this week, so as long as there are no issues, I should be good to go. They will not deal with personal shipping of items, you have to go through a company for them to even talk to you. Wasn't the easiest process to arrange for a shipment to be picked up and delivered...

    Detailed pictures m35a2c air tank

I have a M35A2C ('87 w/ dual system) but it is parked at my brothers waiting for his work schedule to ease up so he can help me drop in a new T-case. Here is the only picture I have on file of the air tanks. I can get you more, but it may be a month or so if you can wait. Those cables for the...

Has anyone had a fender bender?

I think you are correct. No way they are going to total it short of some serious damage to the truck. I was thinking, in a case where the insurance attempted to total a FMV for less then the true value before the wreck, we would be able to ask them to find an equal or better quality...

    Deuce Shifting Questions

To expand on the existing thread. How about when reversing? How do you back up to a trailer slowly without slipping the clutch excessively? Are you guys going in full speed with the Reverse gear engaged, or do you need to get on and off the clutch to allow a slower approach? Just curious...

Has anyone had a fender bender?

I guess my concern would be that I can buy the Civilian version of the truck for cheaper then the FMV version of the truck. (based on prices I see here). Am I mistaken, or are the FMV versions of the trucks priced differently then what the insurance company will find in their Blue Book?

Has anyone had a fender bender?

I didn't know they allowed FMVs in South Lake. :) Nice Camera footage. I've been thinking of installing one. I had a lady fail to yield over in Arlington, TX and took off after hitting me. I followed her and called police. I got her plate number when she stopped to pick something up at a...

Ran when parked or I'm going to restore them one day

Sounds like you and your neighbors need to get involved in who you elect to local and state govt. If the majority of people support the way it is now, you can either live with it or move to an area that believes differently. I came home and found my house being robbed. I had a CHL but didn't...
