I would like to purchase a M109 Van body in NM.. Wondering what someone would charge to haul in to Michigan. Its 8'x12' and about 4k..
Anybody interested?
I will start taking stuff up on the 28th and will be taking something up every day. I am not sure of what Dave will be doing but we have talked about multiple trips to Indian River! LOL.. So your welcome to take yours up on one of my trips and either leave it and I can bring you back to Boyne...
I would like to see some people show
Just posting this . I hope some of you can make it up. There will be free modern camping with showers for people participating in the event.
The Emmet County fairgrounds are located in Petoskey, Michigan.
This is a all new facility with a nice indoor area...
I just want to note that the 8 lug rims off some 3/4 ton Fords and Dodges will fit. M880 rims will bolt up too but they are 16.5 rims.. I have bolted as big a tire as 285 or 305's on them too..
Old ADR AKA "halfcock" got her figured out and is making beautiful fresh smoke on his final aproach to home. He can further enlighten you on his oopsy.. Sounds like another has fallen to the power steering side of things..
Anybody close to Calhoon GA? His M818 was running like a dream and then lost power and stalled out. Kind of sure its a fuel filter. He tried to get a filter and could not before he left. Anybody close that owns a 250 cummins that could assist with a filter? This is only 1 1/2 hours from his...
It should just bolt up. But if you need a A2 replacement and will be waiting on a EUC look at Beltfed or Austin aviation on ebay.. He has them for sale. Not a bad price even with shipping.
Welcome! Like Ted said see you at the meets.. Hey Ted is that a M38? I am not a jeep guy at all but learn a little here and there. Other than the GLMVPA this is the place to find parts, info and places to go play with your vehicles.
Yep thats his rig... I have some good pics of the trailer he built somewhere but could not find them.. The longer wheel base of the cargo makes a good tractor in my opinion..
I am interested in the bows, uprights and corners.. Do you have the front storage rack on yours? Now if I could just find a good 3 color camo cargo cover..
This sounds like a good idea ! I have been kicking this idea around myself. Keep us posted on progress if you decide to do it.. I agree...
Thanks for the heads up Ccub I will be sure and check out what I have for sure and take a count on how many nuts I need. All mine have valve stems so I lucked out with that.
