This is what I've done so far testing. Started up the gen and held the start for 15 secs Volt meter showed 100volts and herts was bouncing a little. Let the start go back to the run and volts went to zero and no more herts bouncing. No indicators lights on at this time or anytime during the test...

Ran Gen for 30 mins. Charger working water temp working. Hour meter working. 317 hours but it is a stewart warner gage. dont know if it was replaced. Had leak at the IP and need new washer. No oil leaks No water leaks 160 degrees max water temp 45 psi oil pressure. Kris

Changed the burned out bulbs to over speed and over travel.

Hip Hip Ho ray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The severed ground wire was one of the reasons it did not start. I fired it off and she ran on her own. Next is to address the lights bulbs per instructed. Kris

Update: Found the ground wire problem. The wire going to J5 what looks like it was cut in two. It was under three zip ties so impossible to see unless you cut off the zip ties, which I did. So I will put a wire connector on the wire and retest continuity first and then try to start the gen. This...

Also I saw no gen meters operational but on the engine side the gages seemed to be working. Kris
