Heat is ok as I described ,propane rosebud on ,inner hub of wheel between wheel studs.
,, Not a welding torch ! Warm wheel expands enough to be knocked loose , not glowing just warmed up!
to hot and hub will expand also .
Take a propane torch and heat the wheel between the wheel studs
than beat the crud out of it! or put lugnutz on loosely and rock truck
back and forth or drive carefully in a controlled area until loose!
In my recently acquired M1008,, hornets nest in the glove box. in the doorjambs,
in the doors ,in the dash , and in the ash tray thankfully someone bug bombed
it before I got it, it's still a lot to clean out!
I'm also looking for shackles, 2 at least .
The tractor supply ones just don't look right !
and the handy mans secret weapon just seem to be strong enough!

Sounds like low coolant and or bad rad cap.
I'd start it cold, with rad cap off ,and watch coolant, you can usually see when the thermostat opens. also check for bubbles or foam in coolant, blown head gasket ? I'd put a new radiator cap on I've had
caps...
