The truck would probably do it, but it would not be the safest. How fast do you plan to go while being loaded? Are you just going to creep up and down the hill? I would go down to a 1000 gallon tank and have the brakes checked really well. Also there is now roll over protection in these.

I would think fuel filters as well. I don't think the in tank fuel pump would be the problem since the injection pump is strong enough to pull fuel from the tank by its self. Replace your filters one at a time starting with the closest to the tank, then moving towards the motor. It could be...
