Just my opinion, but I'd relocate it for the reasons I stated before. The pump will last longer.

The factory location for an electric pump used on a later model civilian truck would be on the frame just below the driver area. The closer to the fuel tank the better when using an electric pump. It's easier to push the fuel than to draw it from the tank.

I'd put the filter after the pump, just like the factory did. Where did you install the pump?

I add 2-stroke oil @ 200:1 ratio. I did this after reading the attached study. I used to use Power Service but now just the 2-stroke. According to the study, adding Marvel Mystery Oil to your fuel is actually worse than just using the baseline fuel alone.

Unplug the connector with the 3 chokes on it and plug the connector from the trucks wiring harness directly into the wiper motor. Worked for me.

Mine has the ACC on the ignition. No lighter though.

I thought the controller was 24 volt and the glow plugs 12 volt.
