    Had them made at Bott's in Woodstock IL. Any spring shop should be able to make them. They cost around $70.00 for all four.

    Mounted up the shocks and finished the rear suspension. I also got the rear drive shaft installed. It should be ready to drive next week sometime. I hope to have the paint here by the middle of the week so I can start spraying.

    I got the fuel tanks remounted under the bed on both sides today. Now I need to run new fuel lines to both tanks. Tomorrow I'll get the other battery box mounted up. I still need to flip the rear hubs I just mounted the tire to see if had any problems with the fuel tanks.

    Got the rear springs bolted up and the axle mounted today. I still have to put on the shock bracket on the frame and install the shocks. Once I get the drive shaft made it will be almost ready to drive to my friends shop to build the top.

    Well I got the old suspension out today and what a pain in the a$$ that was! I don't know what was worse the rivets that won't let go or dragging the axle and suspension out of the garage by myself. Good news is it doesn't look like I'm going to have to move the rear axle!

    I got a 3 1/2" 90 to repair my J pipe and all I did was cut the top off and use the bottom to car off the one rust hole. It should be good for a few more years. now I'm getting ready to chop out the rear suspension. I hope to have it done by next week.

    I rebuit the driver side door latches mounted the fenders & hood sides and got the driver side tool box on. I'm already sick of drilling holes in the frame and I just got started.

    Spent a few hours trying to line up the doors and get the door gaps right. What a pain in the a$$ that was. I still need to fix both driver side door latches. The rear wont open from the out side and the front latch you have to lock it for it to stay latched. Seems like the spring is off or...

    Well I got the dash and all the air lines back in the cab. I also got the cab bolted back on the frame. Now I'm just trying to figure out how close I want the 105 bed to the cab and how I'm going to mount it.

    Yes I'm going to run two fuel tanks and I plan on another tool box on the driver side rear and put my small generator in a battery box on the pass side rear.

    I used a friends tow truck to put the cab back where it belongs. Having two winches on the truck really helped when we slid the body down the steering shaft. I'm going to mount the cab to the frame before we start on the top that way I can align all the door gaps.
