    No fuel to engine

Sounds great, glad to help. Hopefully it's the pump, doe's seems to be that.

    No fuel to engine

Great, at least you know that you have a running engine. If there is no fuel coming out of the water separator/fuel filter, I would look at the fuel pump Again, check if there is fuel in the line from the tank. The fuel pump breaking down is common for these, if you are going to order a new one...

    No fuel to engine

Start at the top going to the tank Some might not like it, but this is the easiest way to go. Disconnect the the fuel line going to the injector pump at the fuel filter Take a small funnel and pour fuel into it, hold it up to feed the injector pump by gravity, then have someone crank it, it will...

Small hole in oil pan M1045A2

I have done this before on an old ford truck, empty or lower the oil level, then you can use a 3M pad and bring it to bare metal and use JB Weld or a quality epoxy, if the hole is really small you could also insert a sheet metal screw or a rivet , then epoxy over it

    Hmmwv overheating 220-240

That good, yes for the temp sensor and the module. I'm repeating myself here, but check everything, the nipples on the coolant reservoir often block, they are part of maintenance, as well as the radiator cap Many small things to check, but when you add them all up, you have issues, they might...

    Hmmwv overheating 220-240

If the fan is on all the time your fuel consumption will go up and you will loose some horsepower Check the time delay, if the insulation on the wires is failing, you should replace it. Make certain when you replace the thermostat that you get all of the air out. Also check the coolant surge...

    Hmmwv overheating 220-240

The thermostat is a good start, also check the radiator cap, if in doubt also replace it. You mention that the fluids had been replaced, is the anti-freeze full??, is there an air lock. The fan should be turning with the engine running, try unplugging the electric delay and look to see if the...

    Tire Age in Hmmwvs

Some pictures with the Super Swampers, most people say that they don't belong on the Humvee, but I like the aggressive tread. I would recommend rotating them every 3-4K or so, I usually turn rotate them when I change the the oil in the hubs

    Headlight Issue

Try moving around the arms on the light switch, I was having all kinds of problems, from dim lights to no lights at all, if the lights fluctuates when you play with the switch, replace it.

    Tire Age in Hmmwvs

When I bought my Humvee , the tires had seen better days, they where 14 years old, I decided to buy the Super Swamper 37x12.50R16.5LT Tire, SSR Radial - SSR-45R , I think I paid $425.00 a a piece, so $2125.00 with spare, they provide a nice ride and the ride is really nice, I would buy them again.
