Come on out to Dirtbag! My bar will be fully stocked!
And, I can't think of an example where the gov mandated the use of a certain off the shelf product. They have said "no-lead" for example, but haven't said which no lead fuel. Arco, Shell, Mobile (even though it is all the same).
My...
While we wait for the men in black to mandate what oil, fuel, additives, oatmeal and whatever else to use, let's have a drink before they bring back the ban on booze......................................:driver:
So I can have my opinion, I just shouldn't share it I guess.
I don't know if Lucas does anything. It might not. Even if it does, I have no tests set up to prove success or failure. I do think, in my opinion, that the gov (or OEMs as suggested earlier) would NOT be mandating it even if it...
I gotta call BS on this -
It's like saying "If you could prove smoking is bad for you, the federal government would ban it".
Oh wait, there is proof smoking is bad.
Reduced healthcare costs and a healthier population is a national goal too, isn't it?
I used Lucas in my truck and I have...
I guess they traded it in. I posted this truck up months ago when they were trying to sell it last time.
Now it has that rare CAT multifuel engine.
LOL
Was the multi designed to mil specs or just something off the shelf? I thought it was an old tractor motor design. Did the gov have a spec sheet of items they wanted, such as 24 volt system, drainback filters, etc, etc ??
LOL - Wow. That bidder has a sense of selfishness? Sounds to me that bidder places a higher value on the bodies than the last person who bid and puts his money where his mouth is. And, as a taxpayer, I don't mind seeing the gov get as much as possible at auction - that's MY money there.
An...
Filter thread size is different. I don't have the numbers here in front of me, but you should be able to find it quickly. Westfolk was doing his out of steel for awhile and I hear he will take requests for steel - email him to double check. Westfolk puts out good stuff - everything went...
You found that on www.peopleofwalmart.com ?
That's my favorite website. I try to find SS members on there! LOL!
SS is my 2nd favorite site.
I won't print my 3rd........................
Wow! The Super Bird with a 440 was one of less than 700 made IIRC. The 70 Challenger Drop Top was one of less than 1000. Rare iron indeed. The 68 with a 440 was a R/T correct? (my older bro was a MOPAR guy - I stayed GM)
I would LOVE to see some pics man!

I'm bringing two friends (20 and 12) and they'll drive my little truck up with the camper on the back. Boys are gonna sleep in the M105 trailer and that leaves the deuce free to go wheelin' - a problem last time with us sleeping in it. Bringing quads too.
While I agree with WM, the OP has the right to have the truck put back exactly as it was before. Be fair, but don't get ripped off. That won't help the hobby.
