There is something to be said about hearing yourself think and passenger communication w/o hearing protection. IMHO there is nothing wrong with this particular mod non original exhaust equipment to deaden sound. From all the comments I have read this mod does not take away from the ascetics...

It would, but there is something to be said about positive pressure. There is no energy loss or difference in fuel consumption. IMHO
