Several of the trucks I have bought have the valve stem extenders that screw onto the inner stem and extend outside the outer rim where you can geta chuck on it easier. I have several I am bringing to the GA Rally. You can prob find them on EPAY or through MV vendors.

The throttle cable might can be freed up by removing it and soaking in diesel fuel or other lube based solvent. Sometimes items like the diaphram can be rebuilt but may require some old school knowlege to do it. I'm cheap but sometimes you have to bite the bullet and buy parts. Good luck.

I still have flat laminated glass that can be fit to cut most any MV windshield. 5 bucks a pop delivered to the rally. Prob bring about 20 sheets since I already have an order for some.
