I resemble that remark....especially when it comes to drooling morons playing loud music from a vehicle, idiots that can't put down a cell phone and cretins that think wearing pajamas out in public is an intelligent fashion statement.

    problem with oshkosh equipment BEWARE

    Caveat emptor......."let the buyer beware".

    Stuck Budd Nut

Since it is off the truck I would use the "Blue Flame Speed Wrench" on it and call it good. Lug nuts are cheap.

    What can a Multi-fuel run?

Actually no deuces were injured in the Great Laquer Thinner Escapade. I bought the thinner from a company I used to work for for a lot less per gallon than gasoline. I cut it with WMO and veggie and it ran fine...but it did have a strong odor and there was questions about how it would affect...

deuce smokes a lot from time to time

Have you checked the air filter????? If you are burning 100% WMO you need all the air you can get. I would add a few gallons of gasoline per tank to thin the WMO out and help it blend better.

    What can a Multi-fuel run?

Just thin it down with gasoline.

    What can a Multi-fuel run?

Aviation fuel (at least in the past) was 110 octane......the data plate meant it should not be ran as a primary fuel. I got stranded at a military airport in Germany many years ago in a deuce...they had no diesel....just aviation gas. An old crew chief put 30 gallons of av gas in the tank...

    What can a Multi-fuel run?

Laquer thinner is not a good idea (ask me how I know). Anything that has an astringent quality (solvent effect) will clean out the fuel tank and system causing fuel filter clogging until the system is cleaned out. Any dry fuel (gasoline, kerosene, JP-8, etc.) will need oil added to it to to...

    M275 and M108 Questions

I love my M275 when bob tailing but with a load on it is a gutless wonder. I plan to repower it with an LDS and put 1100x20's on it. It will then be the prime mover for my van trailer.

    Seller Responsibilities

There's more than one way to skin a cat.....there's just no way to make him like it.rofl When I sell a vehicle I give the buyer a Bill of Sale that describes the vehicle and states: "Sold as is, where is. No warrantee expressed or implied. Buyer assumes all liability with purchase of this...

    Battled Damaged A10

No offense Sir. Anyone that loves MV's and possums can't be all bad. That would be Meal #3....between the kosher and vegetarian meals.

    Pulling a Deuce

The multi-fuel is pretty weak.....even if you turn the fuel to it you take a chance on something coming unglued. It's your dog....you can whip it if you want to.

tip for starting diesel even though you have total glow plug failure.

That works well as long as you have someone to cover the pipe while you crank.....it would be a long stretch to do it yourself.

Thoughts on this eBay front u-joint?

These are standard GM parts....should be able to get them at the usual suspects (Advance, O' Reily's, NAPA, etc.). If they are not the right parts you can just take them back....not have to worry about getting a refund from an on line seller. Just my two cents worth.

    CUCV addiction ....

I have the same problem with van trailers.
