I think Forest Park is an unmanned site.....prob no way to slave it off if it wont start....if you want to try to crank it you can take two batteries with a dogbone connector and a set of heavy jumper cables and try to start it. If it will crank check the air system, brakes and roll it back...

The M816 is never going to burn up the road....it is heavy to begin with and when you tow anything with it it gets progressively slower. The gap between the gears is a major PITA especially when up shifitng on a grade....to slow for one gear too fast for the other. The 250 Cummins engine is...

One of the advantages to bobbing is losing the weight of the rear suspension set up and some frame weight. I personally think it would look very odd and would not work very well....you also may have some safety issues with the DOT. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.
