Try bleeding the brakes....I had one lock up me when I was flat towing it home. You will need someone to pump the brakes and some DOT-5 brake fluid. You can open the bleeder valves with a 3/8ths box end (I think).....very small cresent will do in a pinch but there is not much room to operate...
