They have a couple of similar trailers at Redstone that are due to go out as scrap.
My educated guess is an ammo trailer of some sort.

When I make up a 100 gallon batch of "Wreckerman's Special Deuce Elixer" I use 30 gal UMO/30 gal of WVO/30 gal of diesel
and 10 gals of reg gas. I have a 12 volt pump that I use to mix it all up with once I get it in the container. When I gets cold I
cut back on the VWO since it is more likely...
The 250 Cummins is getting to be a bear to find parts for (ask me how I know).
There should be a rebuild kit but locating one is another story.
Ironically I have seen several of them in triwalls full of stuff coming out of GL.....you have to buy a bunch of crap to get what you need and are stuck...
You can tell by the header like exhaust (thin tubing vs cast iron manifold) that it came out of a HUMMVE.....prob a pullout when

A CUCV is a Chevy Blazer in a green uniform.
Most parts will cross over to civy stuff and you can get them at NAPA, Autozone or the usual suspects......for specialized stuff most CCCV folks on the site can direct you to sources...
