Sorry you returned the truck. Mine did the same thing, just not on it's maiden voyage. NOTHING was broke. NOTHING was wore out. NOTHING was leaking. I had not bled the brakes sufficiently. I had an air bubble in the airpack. It got warm, air expanded, fluid moves, brakes lock. Having worked on...
7 degrees at 10:00 this morning. Got a magnetic oilpan heater I actually remembered to plug in. Got a manifold flame heater that SORTA works. Checked the cows and then fired her up. I was a little suprised it did finally hit. Guess it was meant for me to go to church this morning.
This one has...
I went the M105 frame route on my Kaiser. I grade 8 bolted , not welded, personal preference. It may not be as strong as the original frame but if I have a questionable load why sweat it? just break out the full size AM GEN. What? You don't have another fullsize?

DON'T SHOOT, I'M UNARMED (not really) Got one Question. Have read and researched TM's and threads. I know I'm missing something in the translation. That said. For MORE FUEL in the IP there should be more or fewer threads showing or concerning the thin nut, clockwise or ccw, righty tighty, lefty...

I can't believe I hadn't thought of removing the seat backaua.Reading another thread the other night got me to try it. 1/4 plywood a little wider than frame. Bowed it and stuffed it in. Works great. Since it's winter and I have a coat on I use no pad. Steering wheel doesn't rub the belly anymore.:D
Got both. Love both. Drive both. Which ever one has more fuel in it at the time is the one I drive. Warm, Dry, Wet, Cold, Ice, Snow, Short run or long haul, Both are great. If you want it to be practical buy a 4x4 3/4 ton pickup with extended cab.2cents
Took me 2 or 3 washed bearings to figure out WHERE'S THIS CORK THING EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT?. Apparently I had wiped away and threw away the cork with all the other crud. Now a dab of RTV seems to do the trick. Next teardown will get cork AND RTV.
